Jiao is a consumer insights strategist with over 20 years experience creating marketing strategies for Fortune 500 companies (Union Pacific, Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo, Roche, DuPont, Wrigley) and major non profits (UNICEF, Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, California Credit Union League). Jiao graduated with a second year honors MBA from Harvard Business School. She is fluent in Mandarin and has conducted metaphor elicitation research in the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Brazil, Russia and China.

Cathal spent 15 years leading strategic and operational teams for both startups and global multinationals. He specialized in turning chaos into scalable systems, focusing on breakthrough industries lacking an established playbook (ie. end of life semiconductors or insurtech). Cathal graduated with Honors in engineering from Trinity College Dublin, earned a Master of Engineering from DCU and an MBA from Santa Clara University. He is learning to speak Gaelic, French and Mandarin.

Orla has over 10 years experience managing product and marketing teams in startups, investment banking and Fortune 500 companies. She has conducted M&A financing for mining projects across Latin America, Spain and Indonesia. She also led digital product and systems innovation to develop a best in class B2B online marketplace. Orla graduated with a BA from Trinity College Dublin and a tech innovation focused MSc from Dublin City University. She is fluent in French and a proud Irish-French national.
