He specialized in turning chaos into scalable systems, focusing on breakthrough industries lacking an established playbook (ie. end of life semiconductors or insurtech). Cathal graduated with Honors in engineering from Trinity College Dublin, earned a Master of Engineering from DCU and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
