Maya has over 15 years experience leading global studies based on metaphor elicitation and neuroscientific techniques. She has created communication strategies and increased market share for a wide variety of Fortune 500 companies, including Procter & Gamble, Crayola, Frito Lay, Danone, The World Bank and Kellogg. Maya graduated with an Honors BA in psychology from Harvard University and received her MBA from Harvard Business School. She is fluent in French and Japanese.
Jiao is a consumer insights strategist with over 15 years experience creating marketing strategies for Fortune 500 companies (Union Pacific, Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo, Roche, DuPont, Wrigley) and major non profits (UNICEF, Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, California Credit Union League). Jiao graduated with a second year honors MBA from Harvard Business School. She is fluent in Mandarin and has conducted metaphor elicitation research in the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Brazil, Russia and China.
Harini brings design thinking to the Attune process, creating our cutting edge specialty in concept, advertising, packaging and website optimization. She has a degree in industrial design from India’s premier design school, the National Institute of Design, and a Global Marketing Communications degree from Emerson College. She has applied her design thinking process to a variety of top brands, including Colgate, Progressive Insurance, Jack Daniel’s, Muller, Godrej and Quattroporte.
